Our leadership
Dr. Kwame B. O. Amoah brings a multidisciplinary perspective to real estate investment and construction management, combining a doctorate in civil engineering, an MBA, and Project Management Professional certification. His expertise spans construction planning, scheduling, cost management, value engineering, Lean construction, and digital project delivery.
As Founder & Principal of EL-NEK Group Consult, he connects investment decisions with practical construction planning and disciplined execution. He emphasizes evaluating opportunities carefully, defining achievable project scopes, managing budgets and schedules, and communicating clearly with clients and project partners.
Dr. Amoah also serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Cincinnati, where his teaching and research address construction management, BIM/VDC, project controls, and emerging technologies. He previously served as Program Director of the Construction and Engineering Management Division at Rowan University.
His vision for EL-NEK is to build a trusted real estate investment and consulting firm that creates lasting property value, supports informed client decisions, and contributes to community revitalization.
